Job Description

Quesnay is looking to incorporate a Project Manager, based in New York, NY who will manage innovation projects from end-to-end including analysis and strategy definition through actual project launch to drive new revenue and differentiation for clients. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated professional who has a passion for innovation and fostering excellent relationships while maximizing the results for both corporate sponsors/clients and startups. If you're extremely organized, resourceful, have deep analytical, problem-solving and project management experience and looking to find a key role within a leading-edge innovation acceleration firm, this one is for you.


Job Responsibilities

Analysis & Strategy

  • Co-lead market & technical analysis in area of client's focus

  • Define strategy and recommended approach with supporting rationale

  • Identify & analyze partners and technical capabilities needed to launch new digital products and services

  • Gather and analyze information

  • Formulate and test hypotheses

  • Present analysis & strategy to client management

  • Run basic revenue models, p/l, and cost-to-completion projections

Project Management & Client Management

  • Lead the execution of the project

  • Scope and define type and amount of internal and external resources required

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations

  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs & evaluate alternative solutions

  • Report project status and anticipate and address changes needed to meet goals

  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives

  • Track and report project status, issues, opportunities to internal team

Proposals – scope and draft proposals



  • MBA required. BA or BS degree

  • PMP certification desired

  • 7 years of experience as a Project or Product Manager in Consulting or at an innovation-related company

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Prior experience launching products & services with tangible results

  • Superb PowerPoint skills

  • Experience managing individual contributors

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the client and propose ideas and solutions

  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and within budget with internal and external resources

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Must be a self-starter with the clear ability run projects

  • Results driven

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting and multi-task
